Mr. Pardeep Goyal is a distinguished Civil Engineering graduate from REC Trichy and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance. He embarked on his career with BPCL as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in July 1987 at the Mumbai Refinery. Over a remarkable 35-year tenure, Mr. Goyal has contributed significantly across various business units within BPCL, including Mumbai Refinery, Bina Refinery, Admin, Retail, Aviation, Gas, Engineering & Projects, Pipeline, and a deputation to CUGL as Director.
His diverse roles have provided him with a wealth of knowledge and experience, enabling him to navigate numerous challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities. His technical expertise was honed during his time at the Mumbai and Bina Refineries, while his roles in Aviation, Gas, Pipeline, and Engineering & Projects broadened his professional knowledge and capabilities. Notable achievements under his leadership include the commissioning of multiple Aviation Stations in the Northern Region, the initiation of six major pipeline projects worth over ₹7000 crores, the expansion of the CNG network at CUGL, and securing eight Geographical Area bids.
Currently, as the Business Head of Retail, Mr. Goyal has spearheaded innovative projects such as Good Print Corridor, Silent Voices, Vishramgarh, BeCafe, and Way- side Amenities. These initiatives aim to strengthen BPCL's market share in MS/HSD and create new non-fuel revenue streams. With over a decade of leadership experience, he has been instrumental in mentoring many young leaders within BPCL.
He is recognized as an expert in Retail Engineering with profound knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, making him a highly sought-after leader in the sector.
Loganathan Ramasamy
Director- BSSPL & BSSDPL
Chief Executive Officer- ST Logistics
Loganathan is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ST Logistics Group.In his role, he oversees the ST Logistics which has 5 business units, namely, Defence, Aviation, Healthcare, Homeland Security and Public Sector. Loganathan is also a Director in ST Airport Services, Plexis (US), and Bharat Stars (India), a Joint Venture business.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Loganathan was the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for 4 years, oversaw a complete suite of supply chain operations, involving sourcing, procurement, warehousing, inventory and stockpile management, distribution, retail and freight forwarding through the business verticals. He also oversaw areas related to safety, environment, and service quality standards.
Loganathan joined ST Logistics in July 2008 as Vice President Operations & Development overseeing safety systems, business excellence and service quality standards. In July 2009, he was appointed as General Manager of a newly created Healthcare Business Unit, taking charge of the P&L as well as charged with the responsibility to seek growth for the business unit. Loganathan laid the foundation for the expansion of the healthcare business beyond the SAF to other government healthcare institutions. He was appointed as Senior Vice President/General Manager of Contract Logistics from July 2010, and in April 2011, he took additional charge as SVP/GM for Fulfillment Logistics.
Prior to this, Loganathan served in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for 26 years as an Infantry and subsequently as a Logistics Officer. Before his retirement, he held the appointment of Commander, Army Logistics Training Institute in the rank of COL. During his service, he had also held the appointments of Commanding Officer, School of Logistics, Head of Logistics in a Division and Commander of Division Support Command (DISCOM).
Loganathan has a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore and a Masters of Arts from the Nanyang Technological University. He also has a Graduate Diploma in Change Management & Organizational Learning. He also attended the Singapore Business Leaders Programme organised by the Human Capital Leadership Institute in 2017 and Advanced Management Program at IMD in 2019.
Koh Wee Sin
Director- BSSPL & BSSDPL
Senior Vice President- Aviation Vertical, ST Logistics
Wee Sin joined the company in March 2011 and is currently the Senior Vice President (Aviation) of ST Logistics Group and concurrently General Manager, ST-Airport Services Pte Ltd (a fully owned subsidiary of ST Logs). He is also an appointed Director of Bharat-Stars Services Pvt Ltd (a Joint Venture company between ST-Airport Services and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd) in India.
In his current role, he oversees the functioning of the 3 business units in Aviation Fuel services, Aviation & Marine warehousing services and secured Freighting. He works closely with COO, ST Logs, Vertical and Corporate Heads in strategizing, development and implementation of the company’s vision and mission.
Prior to joining ST Logs, Wee Sin served with the Republic of Singapore Air Force for 26 years holding staff appointments in Air Logistics Department and Commanding Officer appointments in Air Power Generation Command. In the RSAF, he was involved in planning, development & maintenance of infrastructures and buildings including runways/taxiways, aviation fuel installations, command posts, aircraft shelters, etc. He retired from the RSAF as a LTC in 2009.
Wee Sin has a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and a graduate of the 28th Command and Staff Course (CSC), Singapore Command and Staff College. He also attended the Singapore Business Leaders Programme organised by the Human Capital Leadership Institute in 2020.
Syed Abbas Akhtar
Director- BSSPL & BSSDPL
Executive Director - PR & Brand, BPCL
S. Abbas Akhtar has served in BPCL for 37 years and has worked in diverse profiles that include Aviation and Retail across the country in various geographies, before taking over as Head of Brand & Public Relations in BPCL.
In his current role of Executive Director (Brand & PR), he is responsible for building communication strategy, plan and execute it across platforms, while maintaining integrity across all marketing and communication initiatives of the company.
S. Abbas Akhtar has also extensively worked in Aviation Fuel Industry representing BPCL and have aanchored almost all the facets pertaining to Jet Fuel Marketing and Operations.
