Jai Prakash Singh is the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of M/s Bharat Stars Service Pvt. Limited (BSSPL) and M/s Bharat Stars Services (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd. In his role, he oversees the complete suite of operational, financial and strategic business aspects of these two companies. He works closely with the Board of Directors in strategizing, developing and implementing the company’s vision and mission.
With a distinguished career spanning over 29 years, Jai has been instrumental in creating and establishing Aviation Fuelling Stations across the country. The fuelling facility at the newly built MOPA airport in the Indian state of GOA has been executed under his vision and control. He has been Heading the Western Region Aviation setup since April 2022 for Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited- wherein he was responsible for setting up new Aviation Fuelling Stations at Nashik, Jabalpur, Surat and Aurangabad. Prior to that he has been ‘Incharge of Aviation Stations at Delhi, Suratgarh. He has rich experience in working at the biggest Hydrant Locations of the country at Delhi, Mumbai & Kochi.
Being a core member of the Aviation Industry, Jai has been instrumental in getting contracts and business agreements with Indian Defence. Jai also holds in depth knowledge of handling Joint Ventures agreements of BPCL Aviation. BKFFPL a subsidiary of BPCL was set up under his guidance to own and manage the Fuel Farm at Kannur International Airport.
Jai has an engineering degree in the Electrical Field from Punjab Engineering Collage- Chandigarh and an MBA (Marketing) from IGNOU. Jai likes to travel and explore locations and believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and work life balance.

Ms. Deepti possesses rich experience of over 12 years in Company Secretary domain. She also has a vast knowledge of finance & accounts.
In her career span of over 12 years, she has worked in various service industries. She has worked with M/s Kalpan Hydro Group, M/s Elemention Health & Sport Private Limited (Group company of Consolidated Carpet Industries Limited) & M/s GIIR Communications India Private Limited (group company of LG Electronics India Private Limited) etc.
In view of her professional qualifications, she has been holding a Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) degree from Chaudhary Charan Singh (CCS) University, Meerut since 2023. Additionally, she has completed 3 years’ course in Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) from 2008 to 2011 & holding an Associate membership of ICSI since May 2012. Furthermore, she graduated in Commerce (B.COM) from Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, University of Delhi in 2006.
During her current role in BSSPL, she is responsible for handling the secretarial compliances including filing of various statutory forms, maintaining the secretarial records, holding the Board & General Meetings etc. for Bharat Stars Services Private Limited (BSSPL) & its wholly owned subsidiary company i.e. Bharat Stars Services (Delhi) Private Limited (BSSDPL). Further, she is also responsible for the accounting jobs including bank reconciliation, vendor creation, checking cash expenses etc. Additionally, she oversees the banking operations of the company.
